Roughly 2 km to the beaches of La Nartelle and the golf course of Ste. Maxime. 6 other golf courses are fairly close: Beauvallon, Roquebrune (2), St. Endreol, St. Raphael (2).

The entrance to the house is either on the backside or from the garage. Located to the right from the foyer are the kitchen and the L-shaped living area. the kitchen is equipped with a 4 flame ceramic stove top, a microwave with conventional oven features, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso-machine, a Bodum-filter for coffee and a toaster. Adjoining to the kitchen is a dinette with french windows on a roofed terrace with barbecue and the pool terrace. The lounge is equipped with a chimney, TV and CD player.

To the left of the entrance a staircase is leading to the first floor. A separate toilet is located at the side of the stairs. A corridor is leading to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms with two beds each, the beds in the first are 90 cm large, in the second 80 cm. The middle bedroom has a double bed (160 cm large). The bathroom contains a tub, a washstand and a toilet. All bedrooms have french windows opening onto the pool terrace.

Two other bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a roofed balcony with sea view are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have double beds (160 cm large). The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea at La Nartelle. The bathroom is equipped with tub and washstand.

From the garden at the end of the grounds you can access the private petanque course of the house.
